Working Back is launched

Working Back is where I share my insight on keeping with the times in a profession context.

Working Back is focused on customer experience in the dynamic digital age and how we can get it right.  I'll share insight that I've seen make a real difference.  Working back comes from putting the customer in the middle of our our discussions and working back from there.  It will cover a variety of topics with one central thread, how will we solve this by putting the customer in the middle and working back.
